Special TCRCC Meeting May 4

The next meeting of the Tillamook County Republican Central Committee will be Thursday, May 4th at the Tillamook PUD Building Carl Rawe meeting room (just inside the rear door) located at 1115 Pacific Avenue (Hwy 101 North) in Tillamook.  This Special Legislative Updatemeeting will start at 7PM.  Light refreshments will be provided by the Chair.

The Chair will present a shortened version of “Citizen Lobbyist 101” on how to contact your legislator.  E-Mail, letter & telephonic templates will be available on the proper etiquette to address your legislator.

      Representatives from the NRA-ILA will be presenting a legislative update on bills that sportsmen & sportswomen need to be aware of during the current Oregon Legislative session.  Hunting and fishing bills will also be discussed as well as 2^nd Amendment concerns.

      There will be door prizes, food and other light refreshments.

      This is a non-partisan event & you are free to invite all interested parties.  When it comes to our Constitutional 2^nd Amendment rights, partisanship is left at the door.  We have a common enemy in Salem with those who would infringe on those rights.  Be prepared to take notes.
